Progress Week of 10/12 – 09/02

-Parking stops have been removed.

-Complete installation and painting of pre-cast site wall.

-Electricians have energized elevator equipment. 

     

-IRestroom partitions have been installed on all floors.

-Painters have sprayed hand rails in stair halls.

-Metal stairs in stair halls have been painted. 

     
 

-Decorative cast stone balusters have been installed.

-Equipment for sewer main repair has been staged at the site.

 

     
 
Progress Week of 10/08 – 10/12

-Installation of roof underlayment material is complete.

-Begin priming the raised stucco banding.

-Begin priming the wood fascia board. 

     
 
-The electrician is drilling holes for the installation of surface lights.  -Stucco finishers are removing the remaining scaffolding from the job site
 
Scheduled progress week of 10/15 to 10/19:

- Continue priming of the raised stucco banding.
- Begin priming the stucco body.
- Continue with ground floor electrical rough-in.

-Pumping tar up to the roof.

-Begin installing the roof material.

-The FPL lateral is installed. 

     
   
-All stucco applications are complete.

- Continue roof installation.
- Begin paint finishing.
- Interior framing inspections.

-Scaffolding on the west elevation is removed.

-Begin removing the scaffolding on the south elevation.

-Begin installation of stucco out lookers. 

     
 
-Continue stucco band application on the north elevation.  -Stucco application for the corner quoins is completed.
 
Scheduled progress week of 10/01 to 10/05:

- Complete stucco application.
- Remove scaffolding.
- Install FPL lateral from the transformer to the building.
- Load and complete roof installation.

Progress Week of 8/27 – 8/31

-Begin installation of scaffolding in preparation for stucco finishing.

-The galvanized metal drip edge is installed on the fascia board.

-The installation of the roof tar paper is complete. 

     
-85% of the fire sprinkler system is installed on the 2nd floor.  -Begin installation of the elevator door frames on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. -All common area A/C duct work is installed on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
 
Scheduled progress week of 09/03 to 09/07:

- Continue sealing the windows.
- Complete the 2nd floor fire sprinkler installation.
- Begin the 3rd floor fire sprinkler installation.
- Continue the roof truss insulation.
- Continue the elevator door installation.

Progress week of 03/5 to 03/9

- Shoring and framing for the 2nd floor elevator lobby pour are in place.
- Wet beam at the 2nd floor is formed and ready to be poured.
- Form work and re-bar for 2nd floor deck is in place.
- Shoring for the 2nd floor above the elevator lobby and mechanical rooms is in place.
- The water back flow is installed.
